Global Manufacturing, Local Control

Every part is manufactured through joint-venture partnerships with globally recognised, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 certified and TS16949 compliant facilities. These facilities follow strict quality control systems during production, ensuring that raw materials, machining processes, coatings, and final dimensions are all carefully managed to OE specifications or higher.

UK-Based Inspection & Metrology

Before any component is released from our global distribution centre in Milton Keynes, it must pass through our dedicated quality control department. It is equipped with industry-leading metrology systems such as the Coordinate Measure Machine (CMM).

The Hexagon Global S Green is used for 3D precision dimensional inspection of complex engine components like camshafts, gears, sprockets, and housings up to 0.5 microns accuracy.

We also use Digital Height Gauge for precise linear and vertical measurements, an XRF Material Analyser for rapid alloy composition checks, and a full suite of hardness testing equipment—including Vickers for microhardness, Rockwell for general ferrous/non-ferrous parts, and Digital Hardness Testers for quick surface verification.

In-Process & Final QA

A Dual-Layer Approach

We don’t just inspect parts after they arrive. Many of our critical components undergo in-process QA during manufacture. Data from manufacturing partners is cross-verified upon arrival in the UK, where our QA team re-tests using our own calibrated equipment before parts are approved for stock or despatch.
